Our Mission

We accelerate affordable, transparent drug discovery by crowdsourcing data, code, and expertise. Our primary focus is on aging and companion‑animal health, but every step we take builds a reusable, open protocol other disease communities can adopt. Maypop Labs is currently onboarding a small pilot cohort, and a public repo will be availble once the test run is stable.

1. Multi‑omics Data

We operate on public and donated scRNA‑seq, proteomics, and metabolomics sets.

2. Boolean‑Network Modeling

Dynamic GRNs reveal attractor landscapes and rejuvenation switches.

3. In Silico Perturbations

Systematic simulations rank single and dual‑gene interventions.

4. Community Review

Volunteers validate targets, propose datasets, and refine models in GitHub.

5. Wet‑Lab Validation

External partners test top candidates in cell and organoid assays.

6. Open‑Access Reports

Results, code, and protocols are released under Apache 2.0 & CC‑BY.

Ways to Contribute

Early Preview Volunteers (≤1 hr / wk): Help us sanity‑check docs and run the toy dataset.
Bioinformatics & ML: Expand the Boolean‑attractor pipeline.
Wet‑Lab Collabs: Share scRNA‑seq data or test predicted targets.
Documentation & Outreach: Improve tutorials, translate, or spread the word.
Donations: Support small‑grant bounties for volunteers.
